Little Rivers Edge Official Opening June 23rd-26th

Little Rivers Edge RV park will officially be opening on June 23rd.

Our new service berries are already coming in.

Ryan and I have been out tree shopping and picking out the trees for the property. Stay tuned to see what we have decided.

Hello fellow campers. Ryan and I wanted to reach out to and give an update on Little Rivers Edge RV Park. After working with a consulting group and learning that the materials cost and labor costs are still through the roof, we will not be able to begin construction as soon as we would have liked. With the budget being more expensive than expected, the bank and appraiser have asked us to reach out to potential customers and see if we are able to get any letters of intent and provide them with data showing that we have some interest in our site.

We have created a map of Little Rivers Edge and the prices for daily, weekly, and seasonal depending on which spot you are interested in. Since we are right next to the river, we will not be having sewer hookups but will be looking for a local company that might be able to come by weekly and do any pumping or on call as needed. There are also 2 dump stations really close by and we plan on working with them as well.

Right now we are looking for anyone interested in helping us with some letters of intent. These letters will not be used to lock anyone into a spot, or require any payment. These will however put you in our list for a seasonal spot if you chose to stay with us once we are fully operational. Either way we could use your help. Please let me know if you are willing to help with this information so we can get the ball rolling a little quicker with the bank, since they do not feel there is much interest in building an RV Park.

Other updates on the property include the ramp to the river. This should be going in any day now They projected end of April, however I think it will be the beginning of May. We will post updates as they begin work on the ramp soon. We look forward to hearing from you and cant wait to provide this space for you to enjoy.
