Introduction: Welcome back, campers! As the days grow longer and the weather starts to warm, we're eagerly preparing for the upcoming 2024 camping season at Little Rivers Edge RV Park. Nestled just 1 mile west of Syracuse, Nebraska, our private RV park offers a serene escape next to the picturesque Little Nemaha River. For those of you familiar with our park, we're excited to share some fantastic updates for the new season. And if you're new to Little Rivers Edge, we can't wait to introduce you to our slice of outdoor paradise.
New Additions for the 2024 Season: This year marks a significant milestone for our park as we introduce several enhancements to elevate your camping experience. Here's what's in store:
Electrical Hookups:Â After a 2 year wait on a transformer, we are thrilled to announce the installation of 50/30/20 amp electrical hookups at each RV site. Say goodbye to generator noise and hello to added convenience during your stay.
Expanded Parking:Â To better accommodate our growing community of campers, we're adding extra parking on the south side of the property. Whether you're bringing an RV or pitching a tent, there's ample space for everyone.
Improved Infrastructure:Â We're hard at work touching up our gravel driveway and RV pads to ensure smooth navigation and comfortable camping conditions. Additionally, we're relocating the water hydrant to two convenient locations, making it easier than ever to access fresh water during your stay.
Enhanced Trails:Â Nature lovers rejoice! We're cleaning up the trail leading down to the river, making it more accessible and enjoyable for leisurely strolls and wildlife spotting. Keep your eyes peeled for local inhabitants like raccoons, deer, beavers, and our resident bald eagle, Eleanor.
Season Opening Information: While we're eager to welcome you all back, we're also committed to ensuring that every enhancement is completed to our highest standards. As such, we're tentatively aiming to open around the end of March, but please bear with us as we finalize the last few projects. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed via email with the official opening date as soon as it's confirmed. In the meantime, you can secure your spot by reserving your stay through our online portal for any time starting in April.
